1. ELIGIBILITY:
1.1. You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign:
(i) You need to be a natural person acting for a purpose outside your business or profession, and citizen of India;
(ii) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(iii) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
(iv) You shall be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the applicable laws of India.
1.2. All who fulfill the eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively “Participants”.
1.3. Our / Campaign Partner’s employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/ Campaign agencies are not eligible to participate or avail any benefits under the Campaign.
2 PRIZES AND WINNER SELECTION:
2.1. Mondelez may at its sole discretion add, delete or modify, without any prior intimation
(i) Type and count of Prizes available;
(ii) Eligibility criteria for qualifying and winning Prizes;
(iii) Count of Winners (hereinafter defined);
(iv) Special Terms and Conditions (hereinafter defined) for the redemption of Prizes; or (v) Any other aspect related to Prizes and Winner selection. Subject to aforementioned, below are the Prizes available on offer during the Campaign Period: a. ‘Additional 100 MB Data Voucher’ on successfully taking the pledge
(i) “Additional 100 MB Data Voucher(s)” shall mean additional data packs of RJIL with denominations as 100 MB.
(ii) During the Campaign Period, Participant(s) who have successfully taken the pledge and accepted T&C’s shall be eligible to win Additional Data Voucher(s) of RJIL (“Eligible Data Participants”).
(iii) Up to 5,00,000 Eligible Data Participant(s) winners will be determined as “Data Prize Winner(s)” on a first come first serve basis and award an Additional 100 MB Data Voucher. Mondelez reserves the right to determine any number of Eligible Data Participant(s) as “Data Prize Winner(s)” at its sole discretion without any prior intimation
(iv) Each Participant can win an Additional 100 MB Data Voucher for successfully taking the pledge only once during the Campaign Period.
(v) Additional 100 MB Data Voucher won will get reflected in the “My Winnings” tab under the ‘Prizes’ section of the Campaign. However, such an Additional Data Voucher will be credited to the account to Data Prize Winner only if such Data Prize Winner is an active subscriber of telecommunication services of RJIL on the day of credit and has used such registered mobile number of RJIL to participate in the Campaign.
(vi) Special Terms and Conditions applicable for Additional 100 MB Data Voucher are given in Annexure 1. b. ‘Additional 1GB / 100 MB Data Voucher’ on completing the Oreo Unscramble
(i) “Additional 1 GB / 100 MB Data Voucher(s)” shall mean additional data packs of RJIL with denominations as 1 GB / 100 MB respectively.
(ii) During the Campaign Period, Participant(s) who have achieved a score of 4/4 in the Oreo unscramble quiz, shall be eligible to win an Additional 1 GB / 100 MB Data Voucher(s) of RJIL (“Eligible Data Participants”).
(iii) Up to 8,400 Eligible Data Participant(s) may be determined as Winners each day as “Data Prize Winner(s)” on a first come first serve basis and award Additional 1 GB / 100 MB Data Voucher. Mondelez reserves the right to determine any number of Eligible Data Participant(s) as “Data Prize Winner(s)” at its sole discretion without any prior intimation
(iv) Participants can participate in the Oreo Unscramble only once a day. Only on achieving a 4/4 score, a participant shall be eligible to win an Additional 1 GB / 100 MB Data Voucher once a day, every day from 19th January to 2nd February 2021.
(v) Each day first 300 Eligible Data Participants shall get an Additional 1 GB Data Voucher, next 8100 Eligible Data Participants shall get an Additional 100 MB Data Voucher. Mondelez may adopt any other methodology or criteria at its sole discretion to award Additional Data Voucher of any denomination(s) to Data Prize Winners.
(vi) Additional 1 GB / 100 MB Data Voucher won will get reflected in the “My Winnings” tab under the ‘Prizes’ section of the Campaign. However, such an Additional 1 GB / 100 MB Data Voucher will be credited to the account to Data Prize Winner only if such Data Prize Winner is an active subscriber of telecommunication services of RJIL on the day of credit and has used such registered mobile number of RJIL to participate in the Campaign.
(vii) Special Terms and Conditions applicable for an Additional 1 GB / 100 MB Data Voucher are given in Annexure 1.
c. ‘Personalised Signed Merchandise” for Oreo Frame Winners
(i) “Personalised Signed Merchandise” shall mean one unit of merchandise like a coffee mug, cricket ball, cricket bat, photo frame containing the winner’s name, and autographed by MS Dhoni.
(ii) During the Campaign Period, Participant(s) who have participated in the “Oreo Frame” are eligible to win this merchandise.
(iii) Winners will be based on criteria including but not limited to
(i) adherence to playing pledge theme;
(ii) picture quality and clarity
(iii) aesthetic value
(iv) creative photography skills.
(iv) The 15 winners will be shortlisted within 2 days from the end of the campaign, and the winners will be announced on the campaign page on the Mizo app, and their bondage will be contacted about their name and address details including the prize 10 days of address confirmation.
(v) Each Participant can win only one Personalised Signed Merchandise for participating in Oreo Frame.
(vi) Contacting Winner:
(i) Once the winning participants have been shortlisted, Mondelez will contact the shortlisted winners via a phone call to a registered mobile number with the user’s Maurizio login shared by the campaign partner.
(ii) If shortlisted winners do not respond to the call within 3 days, campaign participants will be terminated and participants will not be considered for entry prizes.
2.2. If the shortlisted winner is accessible or illegally blocked from continuing the campaign or reluctantly, the campaign partners on behalf of Mandalay will shortlist the next eligible winner in the remaining entries received under the terms of the winner selection described above. The criteria defined in this T&CS for determining winners and distributing prizes will be final and binding on all participants and there will be no correspondence or other claims, which will apply to the determination and distribution of prizes by Monteleg and/or campaign partners.
